MAHLER GMBH

The roots of the long-established company MAHLER date back to 1864. What began at the start of the 20th century with the construction of domestic and kitchen stoves evolved in the 1950s into the production of industrial furnaces for a wide variety of metal heat treatments, particularly under protective gas.

As early as 1952, we delivered our first protective gas furnace for the bright annealing of 18/8 Cr-Ni steel. In 1964, we delivered our first continuous protective gas furnace with an integrated endogas generator for the bright annealing of low-carbon steel.

With our first sintering furnace with an integrated endogas generator, we laid the foundation for our success in the powder metallurgy industry in 1980.

As early as 1952, we delivered our first protective gas furnace with an integrated endogas generator. In 1991, we received the European Powder Metal Association's (EPMA) Award of Merit for "PM Processing Technology" for the development of a modern sintering furnace featuring a rapid dewaxing zone, an integrated endogas generator, and a rapid cooling system for sinter hardening.

Over the decades, this has established the name MAHLER as synonymous with innovative heat treatment and modern, high-performance industrial furnace construction.
