Muffle furnace for stainless steel

MAHLER continuous belt furnace for brazing and annealing high-alloy steels and various other alloys. Hydrogen or forming gas is typically used as the protective gas. The muffle furnace is available in various configurations:

MAHLER continuous belt furnaces with a recessed design are particularly suitable for materials requiring very good atmospheric quality.

 

 

 

 

 

Arched design:

  • Width: up to 1,000 mm (or upon request)
  • Pass-through height: up to 500 mm (or upon request)
  • Heating zone length: up to 10,000 mm
  • Operating temperature: 500 – 1150°C
  • Atmosphere: N₂/H₂ mixed gas or dissociated ammonia
  • Heating: electric or gas-fired

  • Suitable for processes with high requirements (e.g., brazing with nickel‑based brazing alloys)
